Heard on application for restoration of WPC No. 212 of 2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 14.08.2019.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 14.08.2019 passed in WPC No. 212 of 2015 is recalled. Consequently, WPC No. 212 of 2015 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
