Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 16.09.2019 1.Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved three applications dated 03.07.2019 and application dated 10.07.2019 before Respondent No.2 for grant of permits in respect of Tourists Vehicle and for grant of authorisation for national permits.

2.Despite the fact the respondents are duty bound to decide the same within the stipulated period of 60 days, they have not decided the same.

3. In view of the fact that petitioner's application is pending consideration, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's applications within 30 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
