1. Heard.

2. The present petition has been brought praying for limited prayer of issuance of direction. The petitioners are plaintiffs in Civil Suit No.18A/2011. The petitioners have filed Civil Appeal No.54/2018 against the judgment and decree dated 30.06.2018 passed by the trial Court. It is almost more than 03 years passed but the appellate Court has not heard and decided the case, therefore, appropriate direction may be issued.

3. After considering on the submissions and perusing the documents present on the record, this petition is disposed off at the motion stage.

-24. The learned Appellate Court is directed to take up the Civil Appeal No.54/2018 for hearing expeditiously and dispose off the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of 03 months from today.
