The present petition has been brought praying for issuance of direction to the respondents authorities.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are residents of Chandrapur, Tehsil Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa. The agricultural land belonging to them was acquired by the respondents authorities and the compensation has also been determined by respondent No.3 by award dated 22-11-2018 (Annexure-P/1). The petitioners have grievance that assessment of compensation has not been made according to the guidelines in force. The petitioners have moved an application dated 24-122018 before the Land Acquisition Officer Dabhara vide Annexure-P/2, but the

-2same has not been considered so far. Hence, it is prayed that appropriate order be passed.

The State counsel representing respondents opposes the submission. However, he submits that the petition may be disposed off with direction. 4.

Considered on the submission and perused the documents filed along with the petition. The petitioners are granted liberty to file fresh representation before respondents No.2 and 3 within a period of 21 days from today and on filing of such application/representation respondents No.2 and 3 shall be obliged to consider on the same by taking cognizance of the guidelines regarding which there is mention in the representation and take decision on the same in accordance with law within a time limit of 90 days. With these observations, the petition is disposed off.
