1. Heard on petition.

2. Petitioner is the proprietor of Mohini Devi Bhootada Firm. The tender was floated in the year 2015 for the work of "100% Door to Door Collection of waste under a zero waste project". The bids submitted by the petitioner was lowest, therefore, she was granted work order. The petitioner has performed according to the work order granted to her. The bills for payment of Rs.42,62,102/- for the period 2015-16 are pending. The petitioner has made representation to the respondents and the same are still unanswered, hence, this petition has been filed.

3. Learned State counsel for respondent No.1 makes formal objection.

4. Respondent No.2 submits that the petitioner is required to file fresh representation as he has submitted with respect of all claims against

Page No.2 the respondent No.2. On filing of any such representation the same shall be decided by the respondent No.2.

5. After considering the submissions and perused the documents present along with the petition, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh representation preferably within a period of 15 days from today. After filing of such representation, respondent No.2 shall be obliged to consider on the same and take decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date the representation is filed.
