Since the dispute raised by the petitioner is for correction of date of birth and the date of birth entered in his service record is based upon the date of birth that is reflected in the school certificates of the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that unless the petitioner is able to get the date of birth in the school records corrected, it may not be proper at this juncture to issue any appropriate writ to the department for correction of his date of birth in his service record.

Reserving the right of the petitioner for approaching the respondent no.4 i.e. the Board of Secondary Education, Chhattisgarh, Raipur, for making necessary correction in his date of birth, the present writ petition in its present form would not be sustainable.
