1. The limited prayer that the petitioner has sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to ensure compliance of the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Patwari Halka No. 19, Saawni, Tehsil: Patan to Patwari Halka No. 08, Saankra, Tehsil: Patan.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that, he has given his joining but the person, who was already posted there has not given charge to the petitioner.
-23. Given the said fact, let Respondents No. 2 and 3 ensure that the petitioner is given necessary joining in term of the order of transfer unless there is some intervention from any court of law.
