Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for grant of annual increment but he has not been given benefit of annual increment while fixing pension and other retiral dues for which he has made representation to the authorities.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may make fresh representation to respondent No.3 within two weeks from today and respondent No.3 shall

consider and decide the representation in accordance with law and pass reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
