On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 94 days in filing the petition is condoned. Also heard on application for leave to appeal. Taking into the nature of order and the case file of the lower Court, the leave to appeal is allowed.

Registry is directed to register the case as Acquittal Appeal. Since the respondents are already represented in this case, no further notice is required.

Respondents are directed to furnish a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- each before the trial Court within a period of one month so that their presence may be procured in this appeal before this Court as and when needed.

List it after four weeks.
