1. The present Miscellaneous Petition has been preferred by the Applicant seeking for correction / modification in the order dated 19.09.2016 wherein this Court while considering the Application for suspension of sentence inadvertently made a clerical mistake. The Section has been wrongly mentioned i.e. in place of Section 394/34, it has been typed as Section 379/34 IPC.

2. Learned State Counsel does not oppose the Petition.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the State Counsel does not

oppose the same and considering that it was a typographical error for which a correction has been sought, the present Cr.M.P. deserves to be allowed.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 19.09.2016 passed in Criminal Revision No. 872/2016 stands corrected and in paragraph-2 where the Section 379/34 has been mentioned, it shall be read as Section 394/34.
