By way of instant petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to decide the application dated 3/04/2019 for transfer of permit in the name of the petitioner which is already existing. 2.

Shri Shailendra Bajpai, Advocate appears and submits that he is opposing to the prayer made.

Considering the fact that only limited prayer is made to decide the application by the respondent No.2 which has been made by the petitioner for transfer of permit, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the application of the petitioner within a specified period of 60 days. If anybody is aggrieved, he may raise his objection before the concerned authority.
