Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for arrears of Kramonnati Vetanmaan which has not been granted to him. Therefore, it is submitted that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation to the authorities and they may be directed to consider and decide his representation.

In view of above, it is directed that the petitioner may make fresh representation to respondents 3 to 5 within four weeks from today and the concerned authorities shall consider and decide the representation by a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
