The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as she is arrested in connection with crime No.210/2017 registered in Police Station Sirgitti, District Bilaspur, for offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicant has allegedly coaxed and cheated several victims on the promise to arrange loan and include their names as
beneficiaries in several Government Schemes. The applicant has collected Rs.2,20,000/- from the victims. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the bail application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case; particularly considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed, subject to applicant's returning the entire amount to the victims within a period of one month from today, meaning thereby that the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court, after submitting proof of refund of the amount to the victims. She is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
