The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.212/2017 registered in Police Station Ratanpur, Dist. Bilaspur for offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 & 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.
