By way of instant petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to decide the applications dated 29/03/2019 for transfer of permits in the name of the petitioner which is already existing. 2.

Shri Shailendra Bajpai, Advocate appears and submits that he is opposing to the prayer made.

Considering the fact that only limited prayer is made to decide the applications by the respondent No.2 which has been made by the petitioner for transfer of permits, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the applications of the petitioner within a specified period of 60 days. If anybody

is aggrieved, he may raise his objection before the concerned authority. 4.
