1. Heard.

2. Acquittal Appeal No.525 of 2019 preferred by the victim challenging the same judgment of Acquittal has already been admitted for hearing. Therefore, State's prayer for grant of leave to appeal is allowed.

3. Accordingly, CRMP No.2143 of 2019 is allowed and the Registry is directed to register separate acquittal appeal arising out of this CRMP.

4. Shri Ganesh Ram Barman, learned counsel, who appears for the acquitted accused-M. Shubham Achary @ Mohit in Acquittal Appeal No.525/2019 would accept notice for him in

the newly registered acquittal appeal, therefore, State is not required to pay process fee nor any separate notice is necessary in the newly registered acquittal appeal.

5. Paper book already prepared for Acquittal Appeal No.525/2019 shall be used for the purposes of both the Acquittal Appeals.
