1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer (Annexure P/1) dated 11.09.2018, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat, Gandai, District Rajnandgaon to Nagar Panchayat, Pandariya, District Kabirdham.

2. The challenge to the impugned order is on the ground that between the last 9 months, the petitioner had been subjected to transfer on three occasions at very short intervals.

3. This aspect has not been disputed by the State counsel on perusal of the contents of the writ petition and the documents attached to it.

4. Given the said factual matrix of the case, let the petitioner make a fresh detailed representation in this regard supported with all relevant documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondent authorities

may decide the representation within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the respondents shall not give effect to the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned, if not already complied with.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
