It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the caretaker of Hanuman Mandir, situated in village- Sirouli, in which, a school is also established for teaching SanskrIt to the children. This establishment of temple and school is continuing since 1923-24. The respondent No.4 has made complaint to the respondent No.3 against the petitioner regarding encroachment upon the land of the Gram Panchayat, on which, the proceeding was initiated by the respondent No.3 and stay order was passed on 09.08.2020 (Annexure P-2). The

petitioner has submitted reply, objection and representation to the respondent No.3, but no decision is being taken on the representation, reply and also on the application for vacating stay order. Therefore, it is prayed that appropriate order be passed.

Learned State counsel opposes the petition, however, he submits that the petition may be disposed off with direction. 3.

After considering on the submissions and after perusing the documents filed along with the petition, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent No.3 is directed to take up the case initiated on the basis of the complaint made by the respondent No.4 expeditiously and give consideration on the reply, application for vacating stay and other representation, if any, filed by the petitioner side and dispose of the case as early as possible preferably within a period of 60 days in accordance with the law.
