16.09.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 26.08.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6408 of 2019.

The modification sought for is to the extent of the status of the respondent no.1. According to the applicant, inadvertently, the respondent no.1 has been shown as "Through Secretary, Revenue Department" whereas it ought to have been "Through Secretary, General Administration Department". Thus, prayed for appropriate modification of the order to the aforesaid extent.

The said prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 26.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 6408 of 2019 stands modified to the extant that in the cause title, the status of respondent no.1 now shall be read as "State of Chhattisgarh, through the Secretary, General Administration Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, Atal Nagar, Raipur, District Raipur, CG" instead of "State of Chhattisgarh, through Secretary, Revenue Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, Atal Nagar, District Raipur, CG". Let a copy of this order be made part of WPS No. 6408 of 2019. No order as to costs.
