The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.276/2017 registered in Police Station Dharsiva, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 376, 450, 506 of IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that report was made by the prosecutrix that the applicant forcefully entered into the house and committed sexual intercourse on 27/06/2017. Thereby offence is committed.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that prosecutrix in this case has sworn affidavit which is filed before this court and would submit that false report has been made according to her under the pressure of the family members, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel and counsel for the complainant do not oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

Perused the affidavit of the prosecutrix which is also alongwith the photograph which is placed on record wherein it is stated that she has
lodged false report against the applicant under the pressure of the family members and they are in love relation. Considering such statement, without further observation on the merit, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
