Heard This petition is for modification/correction of crime number mentioned in the order dated 28.09.2016 passed in MCRC No.5923 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been enlarged on bail by the order dated 28.09.2016 passed in MCRC No.5923 of 2016. He further submits that by an inadvertent mistake, crime number was mentioned in the bail application as 186/2016 but actually it is 146/2016, therefore, that may be corrected.

Learned State counsel do not dispute the fact that the crime number in that case is 146/2016.

Considering the same, the crime number in the bail order dated 28.09.2016 passed in MCRC No.5923 of 2016 be read as 146/2016 and rest of the order shall be as it is.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed of.
