Petitioner has worked as Mason (Raj Mistri) in construction of Campa Building in Forest Division Keshkal in the year 2014-15, however, the entire payment for the said work has not been paid to the petitioner despite letter by the Chief Conservator of Forest, Kanker Circle, Kanker on 04.03.2016 (Annexure-P-1). 2.
Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner
prefers a representation before the DFO, Keshkal along with certified copy of this order for balance payment for performing the work of Raj Mistri along with certified copy of this order, the said Authority shall consider and decide the representation after verification of the work done by the petitioner. The DFO shall pass a reasoned order and if need be, opportunity of hearing may also be provided to the petitioner.

Let necessary order be passed within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of representation.
