Learned counsel for the applicants informs that the applicants have already filed application before learned Family Court under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. on the basis of the additional documents praying for enhancement of maintenance amount, which is pending because the courts are not functioning due to the pandemic situation.

The present revision petition has been filed by the applicants praying for enhancement of the maintenance amount and the ground raised therein is same on the strength of which the aforesaid application has been filed and is pending before learned Family Court. Therefore, this revision petition is disposed off at motion stage. Learned Family Court is directed to consider on the application filed by the applicants under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. on
