1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nonconsideration of the claim of the petitioner for grant of employment as a land oustee.

2. Mr. R.K. Gupta, the Panel Lawyer for the respondents No. 1 & 2 present in the Court is also directed to accept notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1 & 2 as well.

3. Considering the limited grievance, which the petitioner has raised, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and scrutinize the same and find out whether the

petitioner would fall within the ambit of a land oustee or not, and if so, whether the petitioner would be entitled for grant of employment under the R & R policy, which was applicable then.

4. Let the petitioner, in addition to any representation if any made earlier, make a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 in this regard within a period of 3 weeks from today and thereafter the authorities concerned, on due scrutiny of the same, may take a final decision within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed off.
