The First Bail Application i.e. MCRC 5094/2021 was dismissed as withdrawn on 18/08/2021.

2) The applicant is arrested on 27/03/2021 in connection with Crime No. 96/2021 registered at Police Station Kharsiya, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
