1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 21.08.2019 Annexure P-1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Kota, District Bilaspur to Sukma, District Bilaspur.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has lost her husband recently and she has a small child studying in Class VIIth to
take care. Counsel for the petitioner submits that at this juncture transferring a widow to a hardcore scheduled area would create great inconvenience in the Department and therefore, the petitioner may not be transferred at this juncture.
3. Given the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the respondent no.1 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondent no.1 in turn shall consider the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed
