1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 17.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Jashpur to Kusmi.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that, for the last 25 years the petitioner is working in scheduled area and now again he has been transferred to another scheduled area. He makes a categorical submission that the petitioner is ready to be transferred to any other place in non scheduled area.
3. Given the aforesaid submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner on behalf of the petitioner, let the respondent No.1 consider the case of the petitioner for being transferred to non scheduled area. For this purpose, let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 day from today and the respondent No.1, in turn, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with transfer policy at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. The
representation should be accompanied by the order of this court which clearly reflects the consent of the petitioner for being transferred to any non scheduled area anywhere in the State of Chhattisgarh. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the order impugned shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
