1. The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 18.09.2018 whereby the respondent No.4 have issued an order cancelling the appointment order issued to the petitioners and have also ordered for publication of the fresh merit list for appointment.
2. The said order could have been questioned by the petitioners before the Collector under the relevant provisions of the Rules and Regulations which are applicable for Angan Badi Workers.
3. Accordingly, reserving the rights of the petitioners to approach the respondent No.2-Collector, Raigarh, within a period of 15 days from today, in turn, the respondent No.2 is expected to take a decision on the claim of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a further period of 60 days.
