1. Mr. Prasoon Bhaduri, appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents in fact have complied with the order and have also filed their reply. Along with the reply, he showed a document Annexure R-1 dated 06.07.2019 wherein the representation of the petitioner was considered and his representation was rejected on the ground that since the name of the petitioner in the overall seniority list was much lower and he could not be given promotion as there were more number of eligible persons senior to the petitioner available.

2. Give the facts that the respondents have now decided the representation made by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this Court has since been complied with. Nothing further remains to be proceeded with in this Contempt Petition.
