The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 8.8.2017 in connection with Crime No.278/2017 registered at Police StationGunderdehi, District Balod, for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present bail application, with a liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined.
