1. This petition has been brought only with prayer to issue direction to the respondents authorities.

2. It is submitted that the petitioners are Women Self Help Group engaged in the work of manufacturing ready to eat food and supply of the same. On the basis of the work orders issued by the respondent authorities, the petitioners have supplied ready to eat food to various sectors and submitted their bills of payment. The respondent authorities while making the payment have withheld 10% of the amount payable without any reason. The petitioner made a representation for the payment of the outstanding amount on which the respondent No.4 has vide letter dated 16.6.2021 informed the Director/respondent No.2 that the payment could not be made because of lack of funds, hence, orders may be passed for granting relief to the petitioner.

3. Learned State counsel representing to all the respondents opposes the submissions made by counsel for petitioners.

4. Considered on the submissions.

5. Perused the documents filed along with the petition, the petition is

Page No.3 disposed off at motion stage. The petitioners are granted liberty to file petition within a period of 15days from today. Respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today.
