After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for direction to the respondents to consider the representation that he has made for consideration of his case for appointment as MPW (Male) worker for District Janjgir-Champa against the advertisement which was published on 18.07.2016 wherein the petitioner also has participated and merit list have also been prepared.

Without expressing anything on merit of the case as also the eligibility of the entitlement of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to ensure that the representation so made by the petitioner is decided at the earliest.
