After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and prays that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial as the applicant is the student of NIT, Raipur and the examinations are ensuing.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
