1. Heard on petition.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner is a registered Contractor. The petitioner was granted work order for construction of shades in Ward No.43, Chantidih Rapta Chowk, Bilaspur on 30.10.2014. The petitioner has proceeded and completed the work of construction and he has submitted bills for payment. Some of the bills have been paid and some bills are outstanding. Further, the security deposit amount royalty, inauguration cost and other dues to the tune of Rs.94,337.00/- are also remaining unpaid by the respondents No.1 & 2. The petitioner

has filed representation (Annexure-P/7) on 10.8.2021. Respondent authorities have not considered on this representation so far. Hence, this petition.

3. Mr. Abhuday Singh has given appearance for all the respondents. He opposes the submissions made and submits that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the respondent authorities.

4. Considered on the submissions and perused the document filed along with the petition. The petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondents authorities are directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioner at the earliest and take decision on the same preferably within a period of 60 days, further all the amounts in bill which are undisputed shall be paid to the petitioner within 90 days.
