1. As both these applications filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. arise out of the same Crime No.67/2021 registered at Police Station City Odgi, District Surajpur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 394 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw these bail

applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, all bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
