1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 13.08.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6018 of 2019.

2. The Modification sought for is the address of the Respondent No. 1 in the cause title of the case.

3. According to the counsel for the petitioner/applicant, he was substantively an employee of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department but inadvertently the status of the Respondent No. 1

has been reflected in the list as "Secretary, School Education Department"; whereas it ought to have been "Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department"

4. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel, subject to the verification of the fact from the records.

5. Given the said facts, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. The Order dated 13.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 6018 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that, the status of the Respondent No. 1 shall be read as "State of Chhattisgarh, Through Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department" instead of "State of Chhattisgarh, Through Secretary, School Education Department"

6. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed. The Registry is directed to place a copy of this Order for the records of WPS No. 6018 of 2019.
