(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 214/2014 registered at Police Station Torwa, District Bilaspur for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 03.12.2014 passed in M.Cr.C. No.6436/2014 with liberty to file the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses.
(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prosecution is at the verge of determination and the trial is fixed for final arguments on 18.11.2016 and, therefore, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.
