1. Heard.

2. These are the three bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.170/2017, registered at Police Station Simga, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of IPC.

3. The applicants have allegedly collected Rs.1000/- from four women by making false assurance that they will be provided houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yoyna .

4. Learned counsel for the State would oppose the bail application.

5. Considering the fact that offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class; the appellants are in jail since 29.5.2017 and 1.7.2017, as the case may be and; the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, all the three bail applicants are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
