1. Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 22.06.2019 whereby the office of respondent No.1 has rejected the claim of the petitioner for fixing pension after granting one annual increment which fell due on 01.07.2019 for having worked for the period between 01.07.2018 to 30.06.2019.

2. At the outset, this court is of the opinion that the State Govt. itself vide order dated 11.06.2019 issued by the General Administration Department of the State Govt. have taken a policy decision for grant of one annual increment while fixing pension and other benefits to all those persons who have retired on 30th June.

3. In the light of the said policy decision of the State dated 11.06.2019, the impugned order dated 22.06.2019 needs reconsideration.

4. Accordingly, the matter stands remitted back to the respondent No.1 to reconsider the case of the petitioner so far as fixing pension and other benefits after awarding one increment which fell due to the petitioner on 01.07.2019 for having worked between 01.07.2018 to 30.06.2019. Let a fresh order be passed by the respondent No.1 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
