1. The counsel for the contemnor/respondent referring to the reply that has been filed, showed as document Annexure R-1, R-2 and R-3 whereby the directions given by the Court have been shown to have been complied with. The Compliance Report shows that pursuant to the setting aside of the punishment order, the petitioner has been subjected to review DPC and further he has been granted seniority and consequential promotion also has been suitably rectified and he has also been granted the arrears of pay for the intervening period.

2. In view of the said submissions made by the Counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be decided in the contempt petition, the same stands disposed off.

However, in case, the petitioner is not satisfied with the compliance and he has some more claims left, he would be at liberty to raise the same by way of a fresh proceedings.
