1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. It is the stand of the petitioner that the deficiency pointed out of non-furnishing of 'Non-conviction certificate' for the current year had been complied through e-mail on 05th September, 2018 at 3:39 pm.
3. Respondents are directed to verify whether the certificate was also attached with the e-mail or only an e-mail was sent showing compliance. If the evidence is available on the system of non-conviction certificate issued by the Joint Director & Licensing Authority of the Government of Telangana dated 26.08.2017 is available then the tender of the petitioner may be considered or an appropriate decision will be communicated to him.
