Deceased Khushbu died of burn injuries. PW-1 Ghanshyam Sahu and PW-2 Santoshi, parents of the deceased, have supported the prosecution by stating that they witnessed the incident where the accused had poured the kerosene oil through chimni causing burn injuries.

Considering the evidence on record, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal. Accordingly, the CRMP is allowed.

Let regular acquittal appeal be registered and the same be placed for consideration in the next week.
