2. On due consideration, application is allowed.

3. Accordingly, I.A. No.1/2019 is allowed.

4. The closure report filed by the Police on 17.12.2018 is pending consideration before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur,and since that date it has not been finalized.

5. Be that as it may the Judicial Magistrate, First Class is directed to conclude the proceedings within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. A copy of the order be sent to the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, for compliance.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the instant CRMP stands disposed of.
