1. The petition has been filed under Section 482 of CrPC praying for review of the judgment dated 29.7.2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.637 of 2013.
2. Appeal filed by this petitioner has been considered and dismissed on merits by the judgment dated 29.7.2019 and the conviction & sentence of the appellant has been maintained.
3. Section 362 of CrPC very clearly puts a bar that no Court, when it has signed its judgment or final order disposing of a case, shall alter or review the same except to correct a clerical or arithmetical error.
4. The petitioner made a submission that he financial condition is not well, therefore, he is not in a position to approach Supreme Court against judgment dated 29.7.2019.
5. The petitioner may file an application before the High Court Legal Services Committee for grant of legal aid and if such an application is filed, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to do the needful by providing legal-aid to the petitioner.
