Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 24/10/2016 Counsel for the petitioner at the outset wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file criminal revision against the order impugned. He however submits that Registry be directed to return the the certified copy of the impugned order Annexure P-1 which has been filed along with this petition. He is permitted to do so.
