The Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Centre Salka, District Surguja to Community Health Centre Chirimiri, District Korea.

The challenge is on the ground that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfers. The petitioner, just about a month back, was transferred vide (Annexure P-2) dated 12.07.2019 where the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Centre Salka, to Primary Health Centre Bargidih, District Surguja and now he has again been transferred. 3.

The challenge is on the second ground that the impugned order reflects the transfer of the petitioner to have been made at the request of the petitioner. 4.

According to counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has never moved any application nor has requested for any order of transfer, yet the authorities have shown the order of transfer to have been on its own cost. 5.

Given the facts & circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the

-2earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned. 6.
