Shri Vaibhav Maheshwari, Advocate for respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that a Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 30.07.2018 against non compliance of which the present Contempt Petition has been filed. The Writ Appeal has been registered as WA No.84 of 2020 and the Division Bench has already issued notices to the respondents on 24.01.2020 in the said Writ Appeal. In view of the fact that the Division Bench has seized of the matter, this court is of the opinion that the present contempt petition as of now would not lie.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the court after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
