2. In our opinion, the certificate of non-conviction does not cover the duration from 03.05.2015 to 04.11.2015, which has been brought on record at page No.78 and is dated 21.04.2015.
3. In view of the above, the reason for non-consideration or rejection, if there is one, is a valid reason.
4. The writ application has no merit, the same is liable to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed.
