1. Heard on petition.

2. It is submitted by the counsel for respondent that the petitions has filed divorce petition against the respondent on 28.11.2019. The respondent has given appearance even then after passing of about two years there is no progress in the proceeding before the learned Family Court, Bilaspur, therefore, it is prayed that appropriate direction be issued.

3. After considering on the submissions made by counsel for petitioner, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The learned Family Court

Page No.2 is directed to take up the proceeding in the Civil Suit No.735A/2019 expeditiously and make all efforts to dispose of the same preferably within a period of six months.
