1. Counsel for the respondents enters appearance and submits that they have taken steps for complying the order passed by this Court and have also taken instruction from the office to release entire retiral dues payable to the petitioner with interest @ 10 % per annum as ordered by this Court on 06.09.2018.

2. The amount could not be released to the petitioner for want of compliance of certain formalities subject to the petitioner completing formalities, the amount would be immediately released.

3. Given the aforesaid submission of the Counsel for the respondents, this Court does not intend to keep this contempt petition pending any further subject to the petitioner appearing before the respondents and completing formalities, the respondents should release entire retiral dues with interest @ 10 % as ordered by this Court without any further delay. The right of the petitioner would still remain open to

approach the Court, in case, there is still non compliance of the order of this Court.

4. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
